I'm Happy To Help!
Hi, I’m Charlene Hinds and it’s great to meet you! As an experienced Registered Psychotherapist, I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy that is centered on you, and your unique situation. My own lived experiences put me in a unique position to relate to and help women with the challenges that life brings. Through a trauma-informed lens, a variety of therapeutic techniques that go beneath the surface may be used. This will help you gain insight into the underlying causes of your anxiety and worry, as well as other issues. My holistic therapy combines mind and body to help resolve what is troubling you.
